Dear Customers and Valued Partners,

We wanted to let you know that HHB and Scrub are open for business and are here to support our customers, employees, and the pro audio community.  We are working hard to ensure the health and safety of our staff, and are following government guidelines to limit the spread of COVID-19. For those customers interested in visiting the HHB Headquarters (73-75 Scrubs Lane, London NW10 6QU) or our Scrub Office (69 Wells St, London W1T 3QB)  it is essential that you first make an appointment by contacting sales@hhb.co.uk.

Currently, the best way to stay connected with HHB or Scrub is to contact our team via phone or email. To find individual representatives’ information go here.  For those with more general inquiries we suggest filling out our contact form.

HHB remains open for business.  We are following government guidelines to ensure the health and safety of our staff, customers, and partners.  Our leadership team is closely monitoring the situation and will be sure to communicate any changes to our current policy swiftly.

Service Department

Our Service Department currently remains open, we ask that customers mail in their repairs whenever possible.  To begin the repair process  customers must complete the repair form which can be found here.  Our Service Administrator will contact you with further instructions once the form is processed.
