HHB Communications Ltd. is announcing the appointment of Andy Copeland to the role of Technical Sales Support Engineer.
Andy is a graduate of the University of Huddersfield’s Music Technology program, where he completed work experience as an Avid Pro Audio Sales Advisor and qualified as an Avid Certified Support Representative (ACSR PT400). He joins HHB’s award-winning Technical Services Team in delivering first-line support for Avid Pro Tools customers and will help provide product configuration and installation, after-sales support, repairs and training for Pro Tools and other MAC and PC based DAWs.
