The Yellowtec m!ka sets are kits of the components needed for twelve common equipment layouts. These include mounting one, two or three monitors, with or without a microphone arm, from a single desk mounted pole as well as variations for a script tray (CopyStand) or tablet mount (Pad-Dock). All twelve are available in aluminium or black finish and include all of the components required. These sets represent a small selection of what is possible with the m!ka mounting system. If they do not fully meet your requirements, please contact us to discuss customising your own set. From swapping out the size of mic arm or pole, to adding additional components or changing the way the pole is attached the possibilities are endless.
The m!ka Single TV Mic Set includes Yellowtec’s m!ka On Air Microphone Arm TV (YT3209). The mic arm is created for video applications. It is developed to be used for TV, vlogs and radio stations who provide video streams of their studio environment. Thanks to the possibility to place the arm completely below the camera’s field of view, faces will be fully visible for your audience and for your interview partner. This makes the m!ka On Air Microphone Arm TV the perfect choice for anyone who is involved in TV, video channels, and visual radio. Equipped with a bright dual color LED On Air indicator, the aluminum colored On Air Microphone Arm TV is not only adjustable to your microphone’s weight and puts your mic into the perfect position, it also allows users to signal multiple statuses. n.b. the mic arms ordered with the sets come terminated with XLR connectors. The cable has a female 3-pin XLR for the microphone and a male 5-pin XLR at the base. The LED light connections are wired to pins 4 & 5.
The Set also includes a m!ka System Pole XS (YT3235) and Desktop Mounting Kit (YT3245). The pole is securely attached to a desktop by drilling a 12mm hole and bolting the pole though the desk. All the required components are included. A drill to make to hole is the only additional tool required.
