HHB Communications Ltd. is hosting the world debut of the new Rosendahl Nanoclocks GL – Digital Audio Genlock Masterclock at IBC 2013 in Hall 8 on Stand 8.D56.
Benefitting from the same high standard of design and reliability that Rosendahl has built its reputation on, Nanoclocks GL is the next generation of the company’s audio synchronisation products. Switchable between different modes, it can be used as a master clock, a distribution amp with redundant seamless switch over functionality, or ‘genlock synchroniser’ for video SD/HD and audio wordclock/AES11 reference signals.
Connected to a DAW, digital audio mixing consoles, effects processors, and any other combination of digital audio equipment, Nanoclocks GL offers jitter free generation of multiple digital audio synchronisations signals. It can also be used in combination with Rosendahl’s Nanosyncs sync engine to meet the needs of audio post production studios. Nanonclocks GL has 12 BNC outputs that are individually configurable to generate audio wordclock, AES11 or SPDIF outputs. Each output can be set to standard or ‘pulldown’ rates and ‘genlock’ mode supports all popular SD/HD video frame rates.
The Nanoclocks GL front panel has been designed to provide extensive status indicators as well as simple set up control. The unit requires only 7W of power and offers a universal mains power supply, or for location work it can be run from an external 12 V/DC supply.
HHB Sales Director Martin O’Donnell states: “When Rosendahl comes out with a new product we can always trust that it will be well designed and manufactured to a high standard and Nanoclocks GL is no exception. This will be very attractive for customers who need a reliable Masterclock for a wide range of digital audio applications. We can recommend this product with confidence.”
Fritz Rosendahl comments : “Nanoclocks GL has a new updated design with enhanced features that provide an extremely reliable clock reference or distribution amp for digital audio systems. We are very happy to be working with HHB to launch this product at IBC because it will be truly beneficial for a variety of their customers.”
Visitors to IBC are invited to stop by the HHB stand to collect a free print or digital copy of the HHB 2013 Catalogue, which features information on over 2,000 professional audio products.
