HHB Communications Ltd. is exhibiting the latest post production and broadcast audio tools from coexhibitor NUGEN Audio at BVE 2015 on Stand J43.
With a specific focus on loudness technology, HHB is inviting visitors to discover NUGEN Audio’s advanced tools, including a preview of the upcoming Loudness Toolkit 2, available in April, that are designed to aid in meeting the EBU R128 audio loudness standards and file-based delivery environment as prescribed by the Digital Production Partnership (DPP). Key new technologies are being debuted, including over 70 new features and enhancements for NUGEN industry-leading Loudness Toolkit. An update for LMB Processor to enable EBU R128 S1 Compliance and an MXF extension update for DPP AS-11 is also on display. In addition, the DynAptTM solution for intelligent repurposing of audio for TV and streaming at faster-than-real-time speeds is being demonstrated, including the upcoming DynApt extension for LM Correct, the quick fix compliance tool for workstations.
HHB’s Avid specialists are showing the latest plug-ins and NUGEN Audio loudness software with Pro Tools and the Avid S6 control surface. The Producer Pack, Master Pack and Mix Tools professional plug-in bundles are also now available.
NUGEN’s new technology for Stereo-to-5.1/7.1/9.1 Upmixing is being shown for the first time. Specifically designed for film and TV production, it is capable of producing a downmix-compatible upmix with optional dialog isolation in the center channel.
