Following the appointment of HHB Communications Ltd. as distributor for Studer in the UK & Ireland, HHB are pleased to announce and showcase the new build and installation for The Economist featuring the OnAir1500 radio production console.
Delivering a weekly publication since 1843, The Economist is a veteran of the media industry and knows how to stay in sync with the latest technologies and formats. In keeping with this ethos The Economist approached HHB and Hard Six Audio to install and build a new studio featuring the compact yet complete radio broadcasting solution, the Studer OnAir1500 radio production console.
With an aim to produce high-quality and informative podcasts for their audience, The Economist’s studio is based at their new headquarters in the Adelphi building on London’s Victoria Embankment.
“The Economist has streamlined their studio workflow and created an effective and future proof environment, to cater for any project they face in the future in an efficient and effective way. The Economist delivers content globally and has proven that it’s quality not quantity that counts” added HHB’s Sales Director Steve Angel.
