The RB-DAC1 produces a stereo analogue output from an AES/EBU or SPDIF source (up to 24-bit / 96kHz). There is also a headphone output with volume control for monitoring purposes. An output level control allows full-scale settings selectable from +12dBu, +18dBu or +24dBu. De-emphasis on the output can be enabled via dipswitch. When operating, the front panel power LED flashes whenever the unit is not synchronised to the incoming digital signal.
